Hi! i'm Ronald, a.k.a. Kireus, a cosplayer based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and part
of the cosplay group MMMC (tripleMC) I love to make well tailored costumes with armor or
special props that draw attention. Cosplay for me is about traveling, meeting new people,
learning new skills and interacting with people. I'm honored to be a part of WCS in 2017, and
im greatly looking forward to this <3

What's Japan to you?
A country that has a rich history, a beautiful language and a pop culture that has taken over the world. I love Japanese printmaking techniques and the rich cultural heritage that still lives.
How many costumes do you have?
Five that I still wear. I've made around twenty in total since I began cosplaying.
Self Introduction
I started watching anime when I was 13 years old. When I was 19 I visited my first anime convention and I was hooked on cosplay the same year. Manga and anime has been a big part of me growing up and cosplay helped me develop my creativity. I visited Japan to study print making when I was in university and my stay in Tokyo made me realise that I had to follow my dream before it was to late and I auditioned for dancing school and got in. Now I'm trying to combine my costuming hobby with my profession.
