A land full of culture, so very different to ours. I think even by reading/hearing/listening about it, it’s still one of the places you have to visit to at least get an idea about the spirit of this country.
I’ve always made all costumes and parts myself, except minor things where friends helped me. In total I suppose it rounds up to a few more than 75...ish.
Hello, my name is Sonja. I’m 31 years old and work as a pastry chef since I left school in 2004. I spent my last school year in Canada, as well as most of 2015 in London, UK. My current work is aprox. 80% English speaking and I really enjoy using the language a lot. After moving through Germany as well as the time in London, I am now very happy about my first own flat in Berlin and keep finding joy in exploring the city.
My favorite Mangas are Eureka Seven and Claymore - which are both way better than theire Anime. I really like Code Geass and ‚ Oldies‘ like Cat´s Eye, Digimon, the last Unicorn and Sailor Moon. These are nostalgic memories of my childhood, just as Games like Pokémon and the Nintendo-Games are.
I´m in a commited relationship with Netflix and watching a lot of Showes and Cartoons in general. My favorites at the moment are Westworld, The Man in the High Castle, Game of Thrones, Archer, Gravity Falls and. Star vs the Forces of Evil. Recently I started watching Animes again; new shows like Boku no Hero Academia, and I´m so hyped by Dragonball Super at the moment!
For me Japan has always been a beautiful country with an interesting culture and
history. I admire how it keeps its spiritual roots despite also being successful in futuristic inventions. Japan is so different from all the other places I‘ve been to, which just gives it its own special charm.

Hello, my name is Stephanie, I´m 27 years old and study Film and Motion Design in Berlin and working in an advertising agency. Besides my studies and Cosplay, I love books (my favorite is The Great Gatsby from Scott Fitzgerald) and movies (basically everything Christopher Nolan did), going to the gym and bingeviewing series while crafting and embroidering.
