In the afternoon on 29th July, representatives paid a visit to Nagoya city Hall and Aichi prefecture government,
then had a breif meeting with Nagoya Mayor and Aichi prefectural governor.
Representatives was divided into two group, one go to Nagoya city hall and Chubu District Transport Bureau.
Other one paid visit to Aichi prefecture government and nagoya convention & visitors bureau.

Nagoya mayor,Takashi Kawamura, gave a welcome for representatives with wearing custom of Gintoki Sakada(Hero of 「Gintama」)

Representatives gave an introduction to Aichi prefectural governor, Hideaki Ōmura, about themselves and their cosplay characters.
Then governor gave "Maneki-neko" to representatives as present.

After visited Aichi prefecture government, representatives went to nagoya convention & visitors bureau.
Staff of nagoya convention & visitors bureau also weared cosplay custom to welcome representatives.

At last ,representatives took a photo together in front of Nogoya science museum.
